Beautifully restored gîte set in rolling countryside where nature reigns supreme. Beautiful but not bling bling. Authenticity of the buildings, the rural environment and the approach to enhancing the whole.
The layout of the rooms allows for privacy while facilitating group living. For hiking enthusiasts, including cyclists, there are some great outings in the Vendée bocage and many historical sites to discover in the surrounding area. The welcome is excellent.

Superb renovation, very beautiful living space, tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the large terrace throughout our stay. We were a family of 17 and the gîte is totally suited to this.

Simply perfect! A large, beautiful house that's been tastefully renovated, with all the necessary equipment, plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Nothing could be better! We had a great weekend with friends and can't wait to come back next year! We look forward to coming back next year!

This gîte has been tastefully renovated using quality materials. The decoration is refined, the bedding excellent and the living space very pleasant.
The surroundings are soothing and relaxing. The surrounding countryside is lush and green, and there are plenty of opportunities to get away from it all.
We highly recommend this gîte for a weekend with friends or family.

Weekend with friends for 17 people. When we arrived, we found a large, light-filled living room with a lounge, kitchen and dining room, a harmonious blend of modernity and old-world charm. The bedrooms are clean, with comfortable, quality bedding, as is the lounge area. The kitchen is practical, with a central island, crockery, appliances and a large fridge.
A renovated former mill, the gîte is located in the heart of nature and offers a real change of scenery, with walks nearby. We had a lovely weekend. Thank you so much!

A lovely gite, tastefully renovated by friendly owners who take great care with it: spacious, well-equipped, pleasant and peaceful!
Quality bedding, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large table: everything is designed for a large group to get together. We had an excellent stay and plan to return next year.

Magnificent gîte, tastefully renovated! A beautiful, spacious living room perfectly suited to the large group of friends that we were. Each person had their own bedroom with very comfortable bedding. Ideal gîte for a weekend with friends, no risk of disturbing neighbours or people in the vicinity! We'll definitely be back next year!

After several years of renting gîtes for a wk with friends, we were pleasantly surprised to find this gîte that met all our expectations: beautiful, spacious bedrooms with high-quality bedding, lovely bathrooms and a superb living room that is fully equipped and comfortable, whether for cooking, relaxing or playing games (which are provided). The large terrace is very pleasant, with a relaxing landscape. The gîte is within walking distance of a number of walks with beautiful views.

The Moulin des Etrebières gîte is very well designed. It has been designed to accommodate a large number of guests. You can feel that everything has been carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tasteful and charming decor.
We had a great stay with the family, with the sun shining. We made the most of the terrace with its magnificent views and peacefulness.

Excellent gîte. Very well equipped. Enhanced by a very friendly welcome. We appreciate the spirit that has guided the enhancement of the heritage and which governs the running of the gîte with "natural" practices that remind us of those of our rural youth.
